Adam Dant: The Lost Art of Country House Painting

The Jerwood prize winning, former General Election artist and muralist of Upton Cressett will explain the inspirations behind his acclaimed series of murals at Upton Cressett – as featured in Country Life – that are now part of our Grade 1 listing.

The talk will begin with a Hall and Gatehouse tour of the murals. Dant has been described as the ‘Hogarth of our Age’ by the Guardian and his work is held in the V & A,  MOMA in New York and the collection of HRH Prince of Wales.
