The Moat House
The Moat House is a newly converted lateral barn boasting original high oak beams, and a top of the range Clearview log burner from the factory in Shropshire. Featuring an artisan crafted studded oak front door, guests enter into a large open plan sitting area with wide plank oak floors and two 3.5 seater country checked designer sofas.
A beautiful contemporary glass writing desk looks out over the old medieval moat with the ancient woodland beyond. At the other end of the living room is a bespoke fitted kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, electric oven, washer/dryer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The side console table is piled with books and old Country Life magazines.
The large dining room table can sit six comfortably with linen covered chairs.
Both of the equal size bedrooms have king size beds and en suite bathrooms with Burlington baths and luxury shower heads and White Company toiletries. Each bathroom has a heated towel rail. Each bedroom has its own wall mounted TV. The south-facing private garden terrace and patio at the back it the perfect spot to relax in the afternoon and evening sun.
We allow 2 well behaved dogs in both the Moat House by arrangement.
